Homework & Independent Study

At Chipping Sodbury School we use an online platform called “Class Charts” so that all students can view and manage their homework effectively. 

Homework and revision activities are designed to complement a student's curriculum by helping them recall, consolidate or extend their learning in lessons.  Homework may be completed online, using nationally recognised platforms such as SPARX or Seneca, or paper-based.  

Homework Club runs every day at lunchtime in C3 and every Wednesday after school in C3.  There is a large suite of computers for students to use as well as printing facilities.  The club is staffed by teachers who are there to support with any logging in issues and offer support and guidance.  House Points are awarded for attendance.
