Rewards

At Chipping Sodbury School we create a positive culture of celebration by using praise and reward at every opportunity.  When students are kind, work hard and demonstrate resilience it is important this is recognised in a meaningful way.  Students are awarded House Points when they model our school values of respect, integrity, responsibility and aspiration.

How to achieve House Points

We expect the school values of respect, integrity, aspiration and responsibility to thread through every interaction in our school community.  Students can achieve House Points for modelling these values through positive behaviours and choices that support their own and others' wellbeing and learning.  Below are examples of behaviours and actions that would merit House Points:

How students are rewarded

Students are challenged to earn enough House Points to collect each of the school value badges that they can wear with pride every day.  In addition, treats, certificates and trips are available to students who really stand out.
