Supporting student wellbeing
It is very common and completely normal for students to feel anxious in the lead up to the exams. To avoid students becoming emotionally overwhelmed it is important to plan ahead and start revision early, breaking it up into bite-size chunks, little and often, to make it more manageable and achievable. Below are some useful documents that provide advice and guidance on how to support students with exam stress. If you feel your child may need additional support please contact the Student Support Team via safeguarding@chippingsodburyschool.com

Exam certificates
Exam certificates are sent to the school around the beginning of November. These will be ready for collection from 27th November. Please come into Reception and collect them when convenient to you, but remember we are only required to keep them for a year after which time they may be destroyed. If someone else is collecting on your behalf, they need to bring their own ID and please give them a short note saying you are happy for them to collect your certificates.
