Y6 Transition

Welcome to Chipping Sodbury School

Year 6 pupils who are due to join us in September are welcomed to the school during two Induction Days in June. These days help pupils to settle in very quickly and they soon feel comfortable in their new school. The days also help pupils to get to know their way around the school and give them a chance to meet their Tutor and some of the other students who will be in their Tutor Group. This is also an opportunity for our staff to get to know students before September.  

We produce an Information Booklet to help make the move from Primary to Secondary School as easy as it can be. You can download a copy of the Year 6 Information Booklet here.
