In Expressive Arts we will be introducing the Project Based Homework tasks in Years 7 and 8 following a trial during 2008/09. In so doing we hope to consolidate the cross curricular approach adopted in our Curriculum 2008 Units of Work whilst also addressing the PLTS foci and also supporting:

• Curriculum development
• Student engagement and
• Independent learning

In 2009/10 Years 7 and 8 will be having 2 project homeworks between Terms 1 and 4. When not engaged in project homework, students would be engaged in subject specific homework tasks, some of them possibly project based.
